Anhui Tunxi high pressure valve Co., Ltd.comes from Tunxi high pressure valve factory. It is located in Huangshan city, Anhui province. It is the medium enterprises of the original national machinery ministry fixed-point production medium-high pressure valve. It is a state second grade enterprise, and one of national valve trade backbone enterprises.
The company founded in 1972, has more than 30 years history in design, development and manufacture of valve. In 2005 the enterprise success carried on changes the system, has established the modern enterprise system. In 2006 purchased 100 mous lands in economy development zone of Anhui Huangshan City, and built the modernized completely new factory building. Company has more than 200 staffs, among them more than 40 engineers and technicians.
The company technical force is abundant, the equipment is fine, and the technology is advanced. The company is the high-new tech enterprise of Anhui Province, possesses advanced valve manufacturing equipment and complete physicochemical inspection and test equipment. For example 2000 tons die forging pressure production line, the numerical control lathe, the high frequency melt weld, CO2 active protection welding machine, the helium mass spectrometer vacuum leak detectors and so on, is the leading level in the national colleague industry.

The company mainly manufactures the valves according to ANSI, API, MSS, JIS, DIN, BS and Chinese GB standards. The main products include gate valve, globe valve, check valve, ball valve, throttle valve, diaphragm valve, anti- sulfur valve, needle globe valve, butterfly valve and so on, which are widely used in the field of petroleum, chemical industry, natural gas, metallurgy, electric power, medicine, astronautics, nuclear power station, and have been exported to India, Pakistan and other countries.
Except products of general valves above, we get some specific products as following: Bellows valve,forged steel valve and full-welded ball valve. The bellows valve was researched and developed by our team in 1985, then it can replace the imported bellows valve in china. And the bellows valve aslo gained the title of"state emphasis new product" and "Anhui Province Famous brand product." And the bellows valve usually are used in Polyester&Chemical Fibre industry, PTA,Petr-chemical and nuclear power areas. Our bellows valve get more than 30% market share in China, the market share in Polyester&Chemical Fibre Industry is 60%.What's more, our forged steel valve gained the title of ¡°national user satisfaction product¡± and ¡°Anhui province famous brand product¡±also.And our company is one of the best forged steel valve manufacturer in China.
